Job responsibility

• Participate and/or lead the process and technology transformation projects within Source to Pay, guiding Transformation Consultants in successful development and submission of the project deliverables
• Participate and/or lead the projects that may be related to target operating model design, process design, process and technology maturity assessment, benchmarking, GBS / SSC set up, automation potential assessment, eProcurement or ERP solutions selection and implementation, intelligent automation implementation, training delivery, change management and similar
• Accountable for all project deliverables (cross streams) as well as own project deliverables that could be related to documentation of identified process challenges, potential improvements and benefits, report out, or business cases
• Participate and/or lead the projects for external Clients as well as for internal Capgemini Business Services engagements
• Act as a Stream Lead or Project Lead, having full accountability for high quality deliverables with minimum guidance
• Apply in practice different process improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma / Benchmarking) within or outside of the area of expertise for the continuous improvement and transformation purposes
• Conduct Quality Assurance on the deliverables developed by other, junior team members
• Analyze data and information received from Client in order to reach conclusions and develop the improvement recommendations
• Utilize your process and technology expertise to provide improvement recommendations and propose the solutions to steer clients in their transformation journey. Interact with the corresponding Client Subject Matter Experts and collaborate with Client in order to complete the assigned deliverables
• Create and conduct convincing presentations and put own ideas forward to Client
• Facilitate client meetings within or outside of own business area, driving towards consensus and agreement of all stakeholders
• Challenge conventional views and present ideas persuasively to resolve conflict and gain buy-in/steer others to achieve specific outcomes
• Interact with Client Stakeholders and build long lasting relationship that will result in successful sale of future opportunities
• Develop and manage the transformation agenda for client
• Actively support development of transformational assets and methods; contribute to product development in his/her area of expertise. Identify new product opportunities and work towards its design
• Demonstrate an extended ability to think outside of the box and challenge convention.
• Share knowledge that can be used to drive new business development in our target markets
• Actively engage on pursuits, bids, and up-sell opportunities developing impactful content and demonstrating commercial awareness/acumen.
• During the projects manage the team of individuals, coach the junior members and ensure maximum quality of developed materials and deliverables
• Develop own salability and actively participate in generating deals
• Learn the consulting techniques related to problem solving, design thinking, selling, and delivery of convincing presentation of your ideas
• Keep abreast of technology developments, their strengths and weaknesses and suggest technology related improvements within the given area of expertise
• Provide support in the development of Thought Leadership and contribute to innovation events/work

Required skill set

• Proven experience (10 years) and very strong end to end process knowledge within Source to Pay area
• Extensive experience in target operating model design, organizational design and process design (process flows, narratives, operating procedures, control frameworks) and documentation preparation
• Very good understanding of GBS/SSC/BPO environment
• Extensive experience in process modelling using Visio or Business Optix or similar application
• Knowledge of BPMN notation
• Proven experience in creation and implementation of new solutions within expertise domain
• Continuous Improvement and Innovation mindset and experience with proven benefits delivered to other clients through different CI techniques
• Very good communication and presentation skills
• English at CEFR Grade C1 (Advanced) or equivalent
• Experience in client facing activities (i.e. workshops, presentations, training)
• Experience in project type of work, with frequent Client interactions. At least 3 years of experience as the Project Stream Lead / Solution Lead / Project Manager
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Team/people management
• Ability to articulate the business case for change / implementation of recommended solution
• Proven Change Management experience
• Experience in selling and convincing clients for different type of process and technology solutions
• Very good knowledge and experience in at least one of the eProcurement systems (Ariba, Ivalua, Coupa, etc.) and the ERPs (SAP, Oracle)
• Ability to work under pressure from the business and technology community
• Excellent ability to establish and maintain world class working relationships with all peers and stakeholders, including clients
• Very good command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
• Demonstrate proactiveness and self-reliant approach to work with a limited to no supervision
