About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Technology Business Systems Associate...In this role, you will:

Participate in researching and evaluating complex transactions and referrals in order to prevent and detect fraud activities, policy violations, and merchant disputes with low to high risk within fraud and claims functional areaEvaluate basic technical business problems that can be resolved with automated systems ranging from basic to moderate levels of complexityReceive direction from supervisors and assist in development of guidelines for the use of result tracking systemsCoordinate project plans, schedules, and budgets within technology business systems operationsInteract with experienced Business Systems Consultants on revising existing automated systems that are cost effective and meeting business requirementsWork with user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs, and make necessary changes to the databaseCreate of Test Plans, Test scripts and Test Execution (Manual / Automated) for Flexcube Core / OBPM (Payment)/ OBLM (Liquidity Management)• Participate in Business Requirement Document and Functional Specification Document Reviews.• Provide Defect triage, Test summary and Test Status Reporting and Utilization.• Conduct meetings and reviews as required with relevant stakeholders.• Participate in all the Scrum Rituals - Daily Stand Up, Backlog Refinement, and Sprint Planning & Retrospective.• Engage & collaborate with end users as part of End User Testing.• Ensure Strict adherence to timelines and focus on deliverables.• Understand and ensure compliance and risk management requirements for supported area are metRequired Qualifications, International:

Experience in Business Systems Data, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:

Any bachelor's degree with total 3-6 years of experience in Flexcube Core / OBPM (Payment)/ OBLM (Liquidity Management)3+ years Flexcube Core / OBPM (Payment)/ OBLM (Liquidity Management) or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, or education.Demonstrated experience with implementations of Core banking and Payment applications.Demonstrated knowledge of the Flexcube in a Product Development, Testing Operations, or Business Systems Consulting role ( in Technology / Product Development).Experience working in Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid methodology with ability to elicit requirements, user stories, document processes and create test cases.Experience with Testing and Defect Tracking software, such as ALM or JIRA.Experience in attending Scrum ceremonies like Daily Scrum, Sprint planning, Sprint retrospective meetings.Ability to operate independently under strict timelines.Job Expectations:
