Wells Fargo India supports global talent capabilities for Wells Fargo Bank NA across various functions. Operating in Hyderabad, Bengaluru, and Chennai, we provide support for Technology, Operations, Risk, Audit, Process Excellence, Automation, Product, Analytics, and Modeling.

Department Overview

Enterprise Finance manages financials, maintains risk and financial controls, and oversees the accuracy of financial statements among other responsibilities.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Lead initiatives for technological solutions benefiting cross functional businesses and tech teams
  • Provide strategic business solutions for technology initiatives
  • Evaluate complex business problems and offer expertise for technology initiatives
  • Conduct detailed research on business and technology requests to define efficient requirements
  • Make decisions in complex situations, influencing companywide tech solutions
  • Document projects/systems, monitor schedules, and manage deliverables
  • Collaborate with teams to provide technological solutions for business problems
  • Ensure communication between business and tech teams
  • Identify and address data quality/integrity issues
  • Evaluate data quality metrics and audits, adhering to data governance standards
  • Identify new data sources and assess data quality

Essential Qualifications
  • BS/BA or higher in Computer Technology, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, or Business
  • 3+ years' experience in reporting, financial modeling, and related areas
  • Strong analytical skills, Business Systems Data, Designing experience, and Data Management
  • Experience in US Regulatory Reporting and knowledge of related reports

Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with Axiom, Automation tools like Alteryx, and Reporting tools like Power BI
  • Ability to lead and mentor colleagues
