Lead Technology Business Systems Consultant

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Technology Business Systems Consultant in Lending Solutions Group as part of Commercial Banking. The Commercial Lending Product team at Wells Fargo will support the commercial lending product capabilities across loan origination, loan servicing, and loan delivery. The team members will have focused product knowledge for commercial lending products and services offered by Wells Fargo Commercial Bank and Commercial Investment Bank, with expertise at different levels - from foundational to advanced. Team members in WFI will engage in product activities, participate in agile ceremonies, collaborate with stakeholders, and work closely with technology scrum teams to drive consistent results.
In this role, you will:
- Act as a liaison between client area and technical organization by analyzing complex business problems
- Engage stakeholders and partners associated with the function
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Analysts, and Delivery Leads
- Guide agile development teams, conduct market research, and review product lines and services
- Liaise with business partners, technology teams, and vendors for production support
- Provide technological solutions for business problems and contribute to system development
- Evaluate business and technical challenges, collaborate with teams, and ensure project delivery
- Coordinate communication and information flow between business and technology teams
- Provide direction to less experienced staff
- Support Loan Accounting production and testing
- Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience in finance-related domains
- 7+ years of Business Systems Data experience
- 4-8 years of specific technical experience
- Strong SQL skills and experience with Loan IQ
- Experience with commercial lending applications and Agile methodology
- Ability to operate independently and excellent problem-solving skills
- Experience managing large enterprise projects, proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of data conversion efforts and testing methodologies
- Experience in communicating technical changes to stakeholders
