Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Technology Business Systems Consultant...
In this role, you will:
- Lead or participate in providing technology initiatives for simple to moderately complex business problems within technology business systems
- Contribute to the development of systems and procedures that are both cost effective and meet the relevant business requirements
- Evaluate moderately complex business, operational, or technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of planning and direction conducted to resolve complex business problems
- Partner with business and technology teams to evaluate moderately complex business problems and lead a team to provide comprehensive technological solutions
- Act as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definition or improvement to re-engineer technical processes
- Collaborate and consult with business and technology teams to evaluate and resolve issues in order to provide technological solutions and manage both project schedules and deliverables
- Coordinate communication and information flow between business and technology teams
- Experience in Business Systems Data, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 6 - 8 years of overall experience of which a minimum of 4-6 years domain experience (access management, operational risk event coordination, policy adherence, exposure to Risk programs Implementation, exposure to SharePoint or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
- Advanced skills with PowerPoint, SharePoint, excel
- Strong collaboration and organization skills
- Knowledge of risk management concepts
- Ability to communicate simply and effectively, both verbally and written
- Ability to communicate and deliver well-defined and controlled processes
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to deliver multiple efforts simultaneously.
- Reputation for good judgment, integrity, accuracy, attention to detail, consistency, execution
- Experience working horizontally across businesses and functions
- Decision and execution-oriented self-starter able to recognize opportunities for improvement and act on them
- Possesses a sense of urgency about exceeding the objectives of the role
- General knowledge of Wells Fargo business groups, enterprise functions, and their remits
- General knowledge of Corporate Risk and its organizational structure and remits
