Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Technology Business Systems Consultant
In this role, you will:
Lead or participate in providing technology initiatives for simple to moderately complex business problems within technology business systemsContribute to the development of systems and procedures that are both cost effective and meet the relevant business requirementsEvaluate moderately complex business, operational, or technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of planning and direction conducted to resolve complex business problemsPartner with business and technology teams to evaluate moderately complex business problems and lead a team to provide comprehensive technological solutionsAct as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definition or improvement to re-engineer technical processesCollaborate and consult with business and technology teams to evaluate and resolve issues in order to provide technological solutions and manage both project schedules and deliverablesCoordinate communication and information flow between business and technology teamsRequired Qualifications, International:
Experience in Business Systems Data, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:
- 8 years of overall experience of which a minimum of 4-6 years domain experience (access management, operational risk event coordination, policy adherence, exposure to Risk programs Implementation, exposure to SharePoint or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationExperience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Advanced skills with PowerPoint, SharePoint, excelStrong collaboration and organization skillsKnowledge of risk management conceptsAbility to communicate simply and effectively, both verbally and writtenAbility to communicate and deliver well-defined and controlled processesHighly organized and detail-oriented with ability to deliver multiple efforts simultaneously.
