Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Java Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java and Spring Boot, with a proven track record of developing robust and scalable applications. As a Senior Java Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and secure applications using Java and Spring Boot.

- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.

- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the stability and performance of applications.

- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and continuously improve skills and knowledge.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 5-10 years of hands-on experience in Java development .

- Strong expertise in Spring Boot and related technologies (Spring MVC, Spring Data, Spring Security, etc.).

- Proficiency in building RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

- Experience with database technologies such as SQL, NoSQL, and ORM frameworks (Hibernate, JPA).

- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (Angular, React) is a plus.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud ) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is desirable.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD, Jenkins, Git, etc.).

- Understanding of software security principles and best practices.
