Job description:

  • We're looking for a Senior Java AWS Cloud Engineer (6–9 years) to lead the backend development of our cloud-native platforms.
  • You'll architect services, influence engineering culture, and drive strategic technology decisions while remaining hands-on with code.
  • Lead backend engineering using Java, Spring Boot, and AWS services
  • Guide architecture choices with a focus on scalability, fault tolerance, and cloud efficiency
  • Collaborate across engineering, DevOps, and product teams
  • Write and maintain high-quality, secure, well-documented code
  • Improve our CI/CD processes and monitor system health in production
  • 6+ years in backend development with strong Java expertise
  • 3+ years designing and deploying production workloads on AWS
  • Hands-on experience with microservices, REST/gRPC, and containerized workloads
  • Experience in mentoring and leading engineering teams
