About the Role: Due to continued growth, Mader are currently seeking an experienced Superintendent to join our Fixed Plant Maintenance team. Reporting to the Shutdown & Projects Area Manager, this role will be focused on leading mechanical maintenance crews on fixed plant equipment primarily on shutdowns & projects throughout the WA region. Key responsibilities: Execution & coordination of various shutdowns & projects to a high quality including planning, scheduling, budgets, tooling and resource allocation On-site Leadership, coaching, and development of operational and project teams Oversee continuous process improvement opportunities Promoting a strong safety culture and adherence What makes Mader different? Experience leading a team within a mining environment Experience in planning, prioritising, and managing concurrent tasks Trade Certificate - Mechanical Fitter or Boilermaker Section 26 Drivers Licence National Police Check within 6 months or willing to get Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Strong commitment towards safety and quality Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, and database systems Excellent communication, analytical, and team leadership skills Motivated and hard working with a professional attitude - Become a part of the Mader Family Join a team culture working alongside highly skilled mates, for a local employer that can offer long-term career opportunities and progression.
