Monadelphous is seeking a Project Engineer/Project Coordinator to support a  Structural Integrity project in our Maintenance and Industrial Services Division. The role is responsible for providing comprehensive engineering support the projects, including tasks such as leading the team, building client relationships, preparing high quality reporting and defining scope of work.Working with Monadelphous offers many benefits, some of which include: FIFO 8:6 roster from Perth, WA  On the job mentoring and coaching Permanent long term opportunity Yearly salary reviews Key Responsibilities: Development of RFQ's, review of quotations, manage technical queries Review of internal and subcontractor quality documentation Collation of daily, weekly and monthly reports Interpret drawings, standards and client procedures Engage and manage sub-contractors Build and foster positive relationships with key stakeholders What you’ll bring: Experience in a similar role, ideally in a mining environment Previous on-site experience Demonstrated problem solving ability Strong technical knowledge with an ability to influence scope development and adapt to changing conditions Excellent written and verbal communication skills paired with strong interpersonal skills Tertiary qualification in Engineering/ relevant field Proof of right to work in Australia Life at MonadelphousThere’s lots to get involved in, celebratory or cultural events and so much more.
