This role involves end-to-end strategy, execution oversight, client communication, and internal team coordination. If you have a strong grasp of platform trends, content strategy, and budding leadership skills, we’d love to meet you.⸻Key Responsibilities:Client Management:• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients• Understand client goals, brand voice, and audience to deliver tailored social strategies• Present reports, insights, and creative ideas confidently to clientsTeam Leadership & Coordination:• Work with the Social Media Team - Coordination, Execution, and Guidance.• Collaborate closely with Graphic Designers to deliver high-quality, on-brand content• Ensure timely task delegation & execution.Social Media Strategy & Execution:• Develop platform-specific content calendars and campaign strategies• Stay ahead of social media trends and recommend creative approaches• Review and take approval of the content before scheduling to ensure consistency and qualityPerformance Tracking:• Analyze post and campaign performance using native and third-party analytics tools• Provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations• Prepare monthly performance reports for both internal review and client presentationsProcess & Quality Management:• Establish efficient workflows and quality standards for team output• Coordinate with internal departments to align social content with overall brand and marketing goals⸻Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field• 1+ years of relevant experience in a digital marketing agency or in-house team• Proven experience in handling multiple clients across sectors• Strong knowledge of all major social media platforms (Instagram, , Facebook, Twitter, You Tube, Threads, etc.)• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills• Proficiency with tools like Buffer/Hootsuite/ Zoho Social, Meta Business Suite, and analytics platforms• Creative mindset with an eye for design and detail⸻Nice to Have:• Experience with influencer collaboration or paid media campaigns• Certifications in social media or digital marketing• Working knowledge of design and video tools.⸻Why Work With Us?• Opportunity to work directly with diverse clients and creative minds who are at the top of their fields.• A culture that values innovation, autonomy, and individual growth• Hybrid work environment with a collaborative team spiritTo apply, fill out the form attached above.
