Responsibilities Develop and maintain an efficient service reporting frameworkWork with Capability leads to define and maintain Operational KPIs (and maintain them in Metrics Catalog)Lead Operational reporting governanceDefine and manage the process of data collection, storing and reporting, including BI dashboards developmentProvide key insights and analytics to Capability leaders, Consumer & Commercial leadership team on performance improvement opportunities . Lead Value Realisation process for Consumer & Markreting OperationsEnable delivery of CME value realization ($27M in 2024, $20M in 2025 and $5MM in 2026)Work with Sector Finance teams in establishing clear process of A&M re-investment tracking with SectorsDefine methodology for A&M Value Realisation (Productivity, Cost Avoidance, Rev growth)Implement common framework across 78 service offeringsDevelop and implement process of value realization collection and reportingDefine automation opportunities Lead executive reporting including Consumer & Commercial SVP, Consumer & Marketing VP, Sector requests (quarterly) / or any other LT reports related to performance Lead Roadmap management including headcount reporting by capability / hub Qualifications Financial acumen is a must Ability to work with service managers and operational colleagues in order to understand their data and performance management needs. Experience in evaluating service delivery performance and applying results to continuous improvement Visualization tools and practices (dashboards, journey maps, etc) Excellent reporting and analytics skills Knowledge on SNow and is a plus Ability to engage and influence leaders, including collaboration with cross-functional and global teams Strong communication and change management skills Ability to establish performance measurements, measure performance and provide insights/analytics Ability to set up new process from scratch
