US Recruiter
What We’re Looking For:✔ 2-5 years years of experience in US recruitment or staffing.✔ Strong communication and sourcing skills.✔ Strong with IT Recruiting, specializing in Healthcare, Manufacturing, Engineering, Automotive is plus.✔ Knowledge of US hiring practices, time zones, and work culture.✔ Proactive and result-oriented professionals eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.✔Utilize various job boards (e.g., , Indeed, Monster, Dice, Naukri, etc.) to identify and engage top talent.✔Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.✔Perform Boolean searches and other advanced techniques to source passive candidates.
End-to-End Recruitment :Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create effective hiring strategies.Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates based on technical and cultural fit.Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate the hiring process until closure.Stakeholder Collaboration :Partner with internal teams and clients to align recruitment goals with organizational needs.Provide regular updates on hiring progress and market insights.Market Research :Stay updated on recruitment trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor analysis to enhance hiring strategies.
Reporting :Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Generate weekly and monthly recruitment metrics and reports.
