💼 Role: US Recruiter


What We’re Looking For:

✔ 2-5 years years of experience in US recruitment or staffing.

✔ Strong communication and sourcing skills.

✔ Strong with IT Recruiting, specializing in Healthcare, Manufacturing, Engineering, Automotive is plus.

✔ Knowledge of US hiring practices, time zones, and work culture.

✔ Proactive and result-oriented professionals eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.

✔Utilize various job boards (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, Dice, Naukri, etc.) to identify and engage top talent.

✔Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.

✔Perform Boolean searches and other advanced techniques to source passive candidates.


End-to-End Recruitment:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create effective hiring strategies.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates based on technical and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate the hiring process until closure.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Partner with internal teams and clients to align recruitment goals with organizational needs.
  • Provide regular updates on hiring progress and market insights.

Market Research:

  • Stay updated on recruitment trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor analysis to enhance hiring strategies.


Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Generate weekly and monthly recruitment metrics and reports.
