  • FinancialStrategy Development: Develop andimplement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with thecompanys overallobjectives.
  • FinancialPlanning and Analysis: Led the budgetingforecasting and financial analysis processes to provide insightsand recommendations for optimizing economicperformance.
  • RiskManagement: Identify and mitigatefinancial risks through effective risk management strategies andinternalcontrols.
  • FinancialReporting: Oversee the preparation andpresentation of accurate and timely financial reports includingincome statements balance sheets cash flow statements and otherrelevant financialmetrics.
  • CorporateGovernance: Ensure compliance withregulatory requirements and uphold the highest corporate governanceand ethics standards.
  • TreasuryManagement: Manage cash flow liquidityand investment activities to optimize returns and ensure financialstability.
  • StrategicDecision Support: Provide financialinsights and analysis to support strategic decisionmaking processesincluding investments mergers acquisitions anddivestitures.
  • StakeholderRelations: Build and maintain strongrelationships with internal and external stakeholders includinginvestors lenders regulatory authorities and boardmembers.
  • TeamLeadership: Foster a culture ofexcellence collaboration and continuous improvement within thefinance team providing mentorship and professional developmentopportunities.
Requirements:
  • CA (Chartered Accountant) qualification ismandatory.
  • Provenexperience of 48 years as a CFO or senior financial leadership rolepreferably within a conglomerate or multinationalcorporation.
  • Strongunderstanding of financial principles regulations and bestpractices.
  • Exceptionalanalytical and strategic planning skills with the ability totranslate financial data into actionableinsights.
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability toeffectively engage and influence stakeholders at alllevels.
  • Demonstratedleadership abilities with a track record of building and leadinghighperformingteams.
  • Commitment tointegrity transparency and ethical conduct in all aspects offinancialmanagement.
