Manage cash flow liquidity andinvestment strategies to optimize financial resources.
Monitor banking relationships negotiate terms and oversee cashmanagement activities.

Financial Operations Oversight:
Supervise accounting and finance teams providing guidance mentoringand fostering a
highperformance culture.
Review and approve critical financial transactions reconciliationsand journal entries.
Continuously improve financialprocesses and systems to enhance efficiency andaccuracy. Investor Relations andCommunications:
Assist in preparing financialinformation for investor communications quarterly reportsand
board presentations.
