We have an exciting opportunity in our E-commerce department for the position of Senior Manager E-Commerce. This full-time role is based in Gurugram and requires 8-10 years of relevant experience.


As a Senior Manager, you will lead a team in building, managing, and developing long-term E-commerce relationships to meet targeted sales revenue and enhance the brand’s online presence. Your responsibilities will include identifying new e-commerce trends and growth opportunities, implementing action plans, and overseeing end-to-end account management.

Key Responsibilities


You will be the expert on the e-accounts like Amazon, Flipkart, Quick commerce such as Blinkit, Zepto etc. and will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the brand on ecommerce partners to drive revenue targets and growth.


  • Create and implement a thorough business plan to grow the turnover and improve profitability for respective channels.
  • Implementing and managing online advertising and promotional campaigns.
  • Increasing brand visibility and revenue share on partner platforms.
  • Launching of new products on the platform.
  • Launching the brand on new platforms.
  • Day to day management of the brand, creating and executing monthly, quarterly and annual operating plans to meet targets.


Desired Profile

  • Previous experience in handling brands on sites like Amazon, Flipkart, Quick commerce such as Blinkit, Zepto etc.
  • Demonstrated history in driving revenue and brand growth on these platforms.
  • Should have launched and managed a beauty or personal care on these platforms.


Skills


  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyses sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Comfortable with reading sales reports, planning and forecasting, driven to achieve MoM targets.
  • Good interpersonal skills. Must be able to interact and work seamlessly with different teams and agencies.
  • Good team-player with Problem-solving mentality.
  • Willingness to learn and work in a dynamic ecommerce environment.

·      Graduation with relevant experience
