Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager (3-5 yrs exp) at Kairos Media. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to develop strategic solutions. The role will also involve conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and presenting proposals to potential clients.


Responsibilities

To generate leads for the agency's offerings in digital advertising & marketing solutions like social media marketing, end-to-end advertising & marketing campaigns, website design & development etc.

  • Understanding Client's advertising objectives to define digital communication strategies. 
  • Creating advertising & marketing proposals for sales pitch to clients. 
  • Managing sales / day- to- day client relationships through conference calls and presentations. 
  • Designing and delivering online media plans / presentations for clients. 
  • Preparing formats for Quotation, Performa Invoice, Proposal, etc. 
  • Managing Inbound Leads and convert them into Sales


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development and sales
  • Strong knowledge of the digital media industry
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Experience in conducting market research and analyzing industry trends
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
