Role Description

We are seeking an HR intern for a paid internship position with the opportunity for conversion as an FTE.

- Assist in recruitment processes, including job posting, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.- Support the onboarding process for new associates, including preparing documents and conducting orientation sessions.- Assist with HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining associate records and updating HR databases.- Help organize associates training and development programs.- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.- Provide support for associates relations activities.- Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration tasks.- Contribute to creating a positive and engaging work environment.

Qualifications

- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).- Detail-oriented and organized.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Prior internship or work experience in HR is a plus.- Enthusiastic about learning and contributing to HR functions.
