• Liaise with field recovery officers and business operations teams across different geographies to support recovery efforts through legal interventions.
• Monitor and ensure adherence to timelines in legal proceedings and maintain regular status reporting.
• Draft, review and vet legal notices, settlement agreements, and case documentation.
• Support field teams with strategic legal inputs to enhance recovery outcomes.
• Maintain a central MIS and ensure documentation and legal records are updated for audit and compliance.
