Job descriptionJob Title: Pre-Sales Associate - Real Estate Location: Andheri MIDC, Mumbai (Work from Office) Employment Type: Full-time Work Schedule: 6 Days a Week (Monday Off) Positions: 2 Intersted Candidates kindly share their resumes to About the Role We’re looking for a proactive and results-driven Pre-Sales Associate to join our Rental & Resale vertical at BelleVie by Lodha Group. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers- engaging, qualifying, and scheduling property visits while building a strong lead pipeline for the on-ground sales team. Key Responsibilities Conduct daily outbound calls to prospects from campaigns, portals, and referrals. Qualify leads based on budget, location, and property preferences. Schedule and coordinate site visits for Relationship Associates. Provide clear and accurate information regarding the company’s services, available properties, and packages. Maintain lead history, notes, and follow-ups in CRM tools. Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure a smooth client journey. Candidate Requirements Graduate (any stream); Real Estate experience preferred. 0–2 years of experience in tele-sales, customer service, or pre-sales. Strong communication skills in English (regional languages are a plus). Target-oriented, self-motivated, and customer-focused.
