Functional Responsibility / Domain Related
Looking for a Business development manager to lead our efforts in expanding our presence and driving growth within the data & analytics sector.
The ideal candidate will possess an understanding of data driven technologies, trends and market dynamics coupled with strong business acumen and proven experience in sales and partnership development.
Strong Experience in selling Data and Analytics Product.
Responsible for scaling and revenue growth. Identify the global market requisites and driving potential future growth by managing gross margins ideal team revenue mix, manage and grow customer relationships in value customer satisfaction, upsell & cross sell of services; by adding pertinent skill competences.
Enhancing existing and developing new and innovative solutions across the Data & Analytics LOB offerings of CRISIL.
through the internal and external business stakeholders for effective delivery, besides collaboration with functional stakeholders across business lines.
forces along with the sales and account management teams to develop new business and grow the existing accounts.
She would lead, grow and mentor high caliber delivery, sales professionals and create imminent leaders, while building capability, specific to industry requisites.
to develop standards and guidelines based on best practices and industry standards.
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 10+ years of experience in Data Management, Analytics, or Decision Science, including P&L Management responsibilities.
Experience working in services/consulting space, building and leading large analytics business and demonstrated success in delivering to clients across industries and domains preferably BFSI.
Expertise across analytics & decision Science, business Intelligence, data Engineering, capability & solution building.

§ Financial concepts and business analysis
§ Innovative and solution orientation
§ Ability to manage performance under stringent timelines
Experience and Qualification:
Preferably require a candidate with 7 to 8+ yrs experience who has worked on sales / lead generation side /
Ø Post graduate in Marketing / Finance preferred.
