Your role

and responsibilities: Responsible for the Release Management process within Marketplace Technology, ensuring all customer deliveries are being adhering to the required processes and framework. Managing and chairing weekly Release Advisory Board to acquire appropriate approvals for all customer deliveries and readiness for customer implementations. Line Management responsibilities for local team of Technical Account Managers who are responsible for technical support services towards the clients according to the Support and Maintenance Agreements (SMA). The Nasdaq Marketplace Technology products supported includes matching engine, pre-trade risk, clearing and post trade risk products. Work closely with customer team, product management and project teams from inception of new enhancements to delivery and deployment.

We expect you to have:

At least 8 years of experience, preferably as a Technical Account Manager, Technical Operations Manager, Service Manager, or a Project Manager. Client-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills, as the role will require you to liaise with different departments, business teams, and clients at all levels. Good knowledge of capital markets and trading, clearing and risk systems with prior experience in a technology company is desirable. Excellent knowledge of modern software design and development techniques and methodologies. Flexibility to take meetings outside of work hours. Education Qualification : Degree qualified in a field related to Engineering or equivalent work experience.
