Technical Account Manager

We are in search of an experienced and dynamic Technical Account Lead with 8 to 10 years of expertise in SQL, Analytics & Reporting, and Dashboarding. The ideal candidate will take charge of managing the entire engagement, leading technical discussions, providing training and documentation, troubleshooting issues, and delivering effective solutions to customers. If you possess strong leadership skills, technical acumen, and a proven track record in client engagement, we invite you to join our team.
Responsibilities :
- Engagement Management: Oversee the entire technical engagement, ensuring successful execution and delivery of services. Act as the primary point of contact for the client, managing expectations and fostering strong relationships.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership in SQL, Analytics & Reporting, and Dashboarding. Lead and guide a team of technical professionals to achieve project goals.
- Client Interaction: Conduct and lead technical discussions with clients, understanding their needs and translating them into actionable plans. Regularly communicate project updates and insights to clients.
- Training and Documentation: Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams on SQL, Analytics & Reporting, and Dashboarding best practices. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for technical processes and solutions.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and address technical issues, ensuring timely resolution.
Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex problems.
- Solution Delivery: Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and provide tailored technical solutions. Ensure the successful implementation of analytics and reporting solutions to meet client needs.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: 8 to 10 years of experience in a technical role, preferably in SQL, Analytics & Reporting, and Dashboarding.
- Technical Expertise: Expert proficiency in SQL, analytics, and reporting tools, Solid understanding of dashboarding principles and best practices.
- Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, capable of guiding and motivating a technical team.
Ability to lead and contribute to technical discussions at both strategic and tactical levels.
- Client-Focused: Strong client engagement skills with the ability to understand and address client needs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and provide effective solutions.
- Training and Documentation: Experience in conducting technical training sessions.
- Proficient in creating and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology).
- Previous experience in a client-facing role, preferably as a Technical Account Lead.
