The Role:
We are looking for a talented and passionate Product Designer to join our growing team As a Product Designer, you will play a key role in the entire product development lifecycle, from user research to creating high-fidelity designs.
You will be responsible for translating user needs into intuitive and user-friendly experiences for our B2C products.
Key Responsibilities :
User-Centered Design:
Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
Translate user insights into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Ensure that all design decisions are driven by a deep understanding of user behavior and preferences.
Collaborative Problem Solving :
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define design objectives and requirements.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative solutions and provide design recommendations aligned with project goals.
Prototyping and Testing :
Develop interactive prototypes using design tools to validate design concepts and usability.
Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to refine and improve designs.
Design Systems :
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and UI component libraries to ensure design consistency across products.
Stay Informed :
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and emerging technologies to bring innovative ideas to the table.
Qualifications :
1-4 years of experience in product design, with a focus on B2C products.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch) or similar.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and your design process.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced, agile team environment.
