The Role:

We are looking for a talented and passionate Product Designer to join our growing team As a Product Designer, you will play a key role in the entire product development lifecycle, from user research to creating high-fidelity designs.

You will be responsible for translating user needs into intuitive and user-friendly experiences for our B2C products.

Key Responsibilities :

User-Centered Design:

  • Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.

  • Translate user insights into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

  • Ensure that all design decisions are driven by a deep understanding of user behavior and preferences.

Collaborative Problem Solving :

  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define design objectives and requirements.

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative solutions and provide design recommendations aligned with project goals.

Prototyping and Testing :

  • Develop interactive prototypes using design tools to validate design concepts and usability.

  • Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to refine and improve designs.

Design Systems :

  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and UI component libraries to ensure design consistency across products.

Stay Informed :

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and emerging technologies to bring innovative ideas to the table.

Qualifications :

  • 1-4 years of experience in product design, with a focus on B2C products.

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch) or similar.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and your design process.

  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced, agile team environment.
