Leadership & Talent Management - Manages large teams or multiple departments/unit that includes other senior level managers and senior level individual contributors - Responsible for creating workforce and staffing plans

- Oversees large teams to identify upcoming issues and provides oversight and subject matter expertise - Has full management functions that include hiring, firing, promotion, and reward authority within own area, in accordance with review and approval procedure

Knowledge & Experience - Requires expertise in theories, concepts, and principles to drive results for the organization, and applies extensive business and industry expertise

- Requires fellow level knowledge and skills within a specific job area and robust understanding of the impact of work on other job families across the organization - Requires a University Degree and minimum 12 years of prior relevant experience;

some roles may require graduate-level education Master’s or Doctorate degree (Relevant experience may be substituted for formal education or advanced degree)What You Will Do:Plans, monitors, direct and evaluate Associates production. Ensures that schedules are met and communicates with VP, and Associates Operations if situations occur that hinder meeting deadlines. If system issues or other emergencies delay Associates, implements measures/schedules to return to established Associates schedules at the earliest possible time.Identifies operational priorities and other workflow issues;

ensures a constant flowof work so that delivery schedules are met.Assists in the development and revision of operational policies and procedures that facilitate efficient workflow. Develops an understanding of the workflows, procedures, and specific criteria for each assigned client.Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of effective quality assurance processes and procedures across all relevant departments, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements.Ensure adherence to these standards, implement necessary compliance initiatives, and conduct regular audits to monitor compliance levels.Define and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality metrics to assess and monitor the effectiveness of quality management processes. Generate regular reports, analyze data, and present findings to executive management, highlighting areas for improvement and action plans.Staff Training and Development: Collaborate with Human Resources to develop and deliver training programs related to quality management, regulatory compliance, and industry standards. Provide guidance and support to staff members, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to meet quality objectives.Act as a primary point of contact for quality-related inquiries, concerns, and communications from internal stakeholders, clients, auditors, and regulatory agencies. Build and maintain effective relationships, addressing quality-related issues promptly and effectively.Emphasizes productivity goals and takes action to ensure effective and efficient use of staff is maintained. Creatively plans for allocation of extra capacity for backlog Associates.Oversees performance to ensure that staff is performing within the established quality and production performance criteria.Assists in coordinating scheduled quality meetings with the production staff.Responds to and ensures that the acknowledgement mail on daily updates is sent to US. Ensures client mails are promptly responded to.Maintains technical knowledge of Associates.Bring proven ability to oversee and provide support and/or direction on quality issues.Co-Ordinate and follow through on the training plans for adding new trainees onto an account.Guideline updates – Co-ordinate with the QA staff to ensure that the update is understood by the Associates.Conduct risk assessments, implement risk management plans, and ensure the organization is prepared to respond to quality-related incidents or emergencies.Project Launch - Active involvement in project launch sessions to understand the Associates process and track the daily progress during the launch period. Shall understand and abide by the organization’ s information security policy and protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of all information assets.Shall report incidents related to security of information to concerned authorities. What You Will Need:Bachelor's degree in Any field, Business, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.Proven experience (minimum 12-18 years) in quality management, preferably in the RCM sector of the US healthcare industry.Strong knowledge of healthcare industry regulations, accreditation standards, and compliance requirements.Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing quality management strategies, policies, and procedures.Excellent understanding of quality assurance processes, performance metrics, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.G., Lean, Six Sigma, PDCA).Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
