Director - Order To Cash

Job Description Experience: 17+ years of experience in F&A domain and minimum 10+ years in Order to Cash.Primary responsibilitiesManage a team of 1500+ resources supporting Order-to-Cash function from EAME region for a Fortune 100 company Lead the Onshore/offshore Operations;

manage and meet all Client SLA targets including average handle time, quality and customer satisfactionDrive and execute projects – both digital & non-digital transformation projects – with tight deadlines to ensure improved profitability for the organizationAssume end-to-end accountability and responsibility for Budget and P&LEstablish / develop good client relationshipOther Responsibilities include, but not limited to:Develop insights and deliver client business impact in terms of revenue increase, operation cost reduction, working capital reduction etc.Provide leadership through guiding, monitoring and integrating the day-to-day efforts of the Team Managers and subordinatesDevelop roadmaps and establish KPIs to manage performance and communicate results on client accountManage client stakeholders work towards achieving and improving key business outcomesCollaborate across multiple stakeholders: business leaders, delivery leads, account management, operational excellence teams for service delivery, capability showcase and new business developmentPlan, allocate and control processes and resources to ensure quality deliverables within prescribed timelines and functional budgetsCollate and report standard operational and quality metrics to Top Management on a regular basisEnsure cross-training, and maintain adequate competency levels within the teamWork collaboratively with other teams / functions to anticipate and understand customer expectations and satisfaction levels, and translate that knowledge into process improvements /changes in order to improve effectivenessWork in collaboration with all support teams (HR, Finance, TAG, Procurement, Admin, Transport etc.) and ensure all policies and procedures are implemented Be a part of the Senior mgmt. team and facilitate strategic decisions for the accountTake action on an ongoing basis to identify deviations from standards and initiates actions to address the sameEnsure that strategy, structure, staffing and processes are aligned with the Company’s objectives and goalsConstantly take measures in improving the knowledge/ skill base of the teamAssist in execution of trial production of new business opportunitiesManage the team in line with the company policyKey Performance StandardsTo ensure effective project transitions for relevant processes. The measure of success being compliance to go-live date, process performance and process sign-offsTo ensure productive working relationships with key stakeholders, internal customers, and drive concept of “one team” with all regions, through visible initiatives and effective communication channels within the functionTo ensure achievement of business objectives for the year in addition to the achievement of objectives of other Programs and Business Continuity ManagementTo ensure efficient management of human resources, in terms of:Handling of staff in line with the company policyEstablish a robust performance management mechanismSet KRAs for Process TeamEmployee MotivationRetention of identified key team members with a consistent focus on attrition.
