Account Executive Senior

About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Account Executive to lead and manage our financial operations. The ideal candidate will bring 8+ years of accounting expertise, with a strong preference for those who have worked in the seeds or agriculture industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities including financial transactions, reconciliations, and ledger maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Handle all taxation matters including GST, income tax, and audit compliance.
- Prepare and present accurate financial reports, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable operations.
- Strengthen and streamline financial controls, reporting systems, and processes.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams, statutory bodies, and external auditors for smooth financial audits.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Mandatory: Proficiency in Tally ERP for accounting and financial management.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, taxation laws, and compliance procedures.
- Proven ability to analyze financial data and deliver actionable insights.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Prior experience in the seeds industry (preferred).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
