The organisation is looking for a self-driven leader who enjoys real estate business, has handled hospitals as a vertical and perhaps aspires to become an entrepreneur. With customer satisfaction the primary goal — the role includes

1. Preparing Annual Operating plans and Business Plans

2. Driving strategy and execution

3. Creating and leading a team of professionals

4. Networking with brands and creating partnerships

5. Train and manage team to solve day-to-day operational issues to fulfil short and long-term goals

6. Creating and influencing database of investors

7. Creating and driving team of regional partners

8. Establishing, monitoring, and managing operational goals

Required skills and qualifications

- Management Graduate from a leading school.- Over 10 or more years of experience in a similar role Proficiency with hospital regulations - procedures and policies- Conversant with new age trends and patterns Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities- Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of company staff- Ability to deliver effective feedback, both written and verbal Compensation: Structured compensation package
