We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented

Junior eCommerce Specialist

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of eCommerce activities including cataloging, product listing, managing marketplaces, website maintenance, and other related responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

Catalog Management:Ensure accurate and up-to-date product information within the catalog.Maintain consistency and organization of product data.Product Listing:Create compelling product listings across various eCommerce platforms.Optimize product titles, descriptions, and images for maximum visibility and sales.Marketplace Management:Manage and optimize listings on third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, etc.Monitor marketplace performance metrics and implement strategies to improve sales and visibility.Website Maintenance:Assist in the maintenance and updates of the eCommerce website.Ensure a seamless and user-friendly online shopping experience.eCommerce Operations:Support day-to-day eCommerce operations including order processing, inventory management, and customer inquiries.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.Data Analysis:Analyze eCommerce performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Generate reports and insights to inform decision-making.

Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or related field.Previous experience (1-2 years) in eCommerce, preferably in a similar role.Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms and marketplaces.Proficiency in catalog management tools and software.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
