Location: Mumbai / Pune

Duties & Responsibilities:

Develop engaging and interactive content using Articulate authoring tools Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand content requirements and objectives. Design and create multimedia presentations, e-learning modules, and interactive simulations Design and create gamification to enhance user engagement, motivation, and participation by applying game mechanics and principles to non-game contexts. Utilize instructional design principles to enhance learning experiences. Ensure content is visually appealing, user-friendly, and accessible across various platforms and devices Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and functionality of content Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in e-learning and instructional design Provide guidance and support to colleagues on using Articulate tools effectively.

Requirements

Good understanding of instructional design principles and e-learning methodologies like gamification and simulation Proven experience with Articulate authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and Rise Used track progress opportunities within Articulate, with proficiency in Show-Try-Test mode Experience in storyboarding would be preferred Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Qualification: Graduation or Post graduation
