Roles and Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE

This is one of the key strategic areas of investment by the company as part of its long-range plan to create a network based coalition loyalty program to help B2C and D2C businesses to scale their customer engagement and acquisition funnel, in turn create a healthy prospective customer base for NBFC to cross sell its financial product and engage its own customer on open architecture loyalty program. Role requires complete understanding user growth and engagement by building horizontal features such as Gamification, redemption portal and Milestone based journeys.

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

Identifying opportunities within current Rewards program for improving user engagement with platform and Program by benchmarking competition and onboarding successful case studies from domestic and international markets.

Designing engagement features on platform and user journeys relevant to financial lending, Payments and Marketplace for both Web and app.

Building product vision document and product roadmaps for Gamification of existing journeys, Fun corner on app to earn, win and collect rewards for playing games on app.

Designing integration document for all gamified experiences on app and transactional journeys originating from Rewards platform with Offer engine/Offer mart.

Developing Personalised and segmented offers for every game at user level.

Reviewing backend architecture with technology team to Offer engine, games designed and RMS earn/burn API integration.

Designing data schema for games and offer marts to be managed at user level for past rewards and rewards saved for future events in association with active campaigns.

Defining KPIs for each game designed for business journeys funnel optimization and reduction in funnel leakage.

Developing integration workflow document for Offer mart, game APIs and RMS.

Defining KPIs and critical success factor for all major feature and product developed with improvement in user engagement rates, drop in funnel leakage, and improvement offer consumption rate.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND CONTROL

Responsible for collecting Product and integration requirements from Journeys for kicking off any integration project with offer aggregation engine, and gaming stack.

Accountable for jointly identifying critical delivery milestones for large and medium size projects.

Benchmarking and competition landscape analysis.

Building project tracker for management reviews along with PMO team.

Jointly executing test cases with Rewards tech at UAT level.

Reviewing business use cases along with PMO team and understanding the system compatibilities and new development required to support business use cases.

Ensuring scalable and simple solutions for complex requirements.

Post Product release maintenance and support

Reviewing product and application performance along with business post shipping the product to production.

Ensuring data movement as per the workflows and SLAs defined during the development phase.

Highlighting all major gaps during management reviews and maintenance of initial

WORK EXPERIENCE

Minimum 7 years of experience. Relevant 5+ years of experience in consumer Loyalty-Rewards program, Gaming, offer engine or personalization

Experience of 2-3 years in each of the areas- product management, Online Business functions, and Project Management

Thorough understanding of IT systems , consumer facing digital platforms

Detailed Understanding of business processes, operational and financial reporting process.

Sound understanding of CRMs, Notification tools, CMS tools, Finance application and Analytical tools like GA, Omniture, Google Data studio and Power BI.

Hands-on experience in Pre-Product research and prototyping will be really beneficial.
