**Experience and Requirements**:

- Proven working experience in instructional design and with instructional technology
- Proven knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
- Solid knowledge of course development software and at least one Learning Management System
- **Exceptional design and writing skills along with strong editing and reviewing skills**:

- **Aware (Basic level at least) of Rapid Development Tools like Storyline, Captivate, etc.,**:

- Know-how of Learning Management System and Compliance Standards (E.g. SCORM, etc.)
- Flexibility, positive attitude and ability towards learn new tools and technologies, new ID theories (Micro-learning, AR/VR,), etc.

**Storyboarding and Solutioning**:

- Develop storyboards (in PowerPoint, Word, etc.) for projects including pilots/prototypes, based on Design Documents, source content, etc.
- **Develop Instructional solutions and create engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention (ILTs, WBTs, Gamified Learning, VILTs, etc.)**:

- Design and create standards, guidelines, templates, and checklists for the proposed learning solution
- Visualize instructional graphics, the user interface and the finished product
- Conduct instructional research and analysis on learners and contexts
- Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games, etc)
- Coordinate with ID Lead/Manager/Delivery Manager for different activities (planning, solutioning, training, RFPs/RFIs/RFQs, etc.)

**Processes, C&G and Reviews**:

- Maintain project documentation and course folders
- Conduct Self-and-Peer Reviews of deliverables (prototypes, storyboards, final product, etc.)
- Log review comments in the recommended format
- Maintain checklist of self/peer/ID reviews
- Coordinate with cross-functional project teams (PM, Graphic, Programming team, etc.)

**Ensure cost, quality, and schedules across projects**:

- Perform QC of all Integrated Products at various stages of the project
- Improvise processes for efficiency
- Solve project related issues
- Ensure schedules and efforts are met as planned
- Conduct and attend team meetings at regular intervals

**Participate in Organizational Development Programs**
- Train and mentor new team members
- Provide suggestions to improvise department-wise development plans
- Share your expertise and experience with the ID team
- ID onboarding on projects and provide support to team members
