Job Summary:

The Sales Consultant will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by identifying and converting potential clients into long-term partners. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of our technology. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales, a passion for personal development, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Consultative Sales:

- Engage with potential clients through various channels of leads, including networking and referrals.

- Consult and understand clients' challenges and objectives, and guide them to sign up for the right product.

2. Sales Process Management:

- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets.

- Present and demonstrate the value of our programs and services to prospective clients.

3. Relationship Building:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.

- Act as a trusted advisor, providing clients with insights and recommendations to sail through the journey optimally.

4. Market Analysis:

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities for growth.

- Provide feedback and insights to the marketing and product development teams to enhance our offerings.

5. Reporting and Documentation:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software.

Qualifications:

- Any Bachelor's degree.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.- Passion to grow in personal and professional front.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
