We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with 3-5 years of expertise in creating and managing lead campaigns using Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Instagram Ads. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record of driving successful lead generation campaigns across multiple platforms.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute effective lead generation strategies across various digital advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Instagram Ads.Create and optimize compelling ad campaigns to maximize lead generation, conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).Conduct thorough market research to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategies and optimize ad targeting.Collaborate with the marketing team to define campaign goals, key performance indicators (KPIs), and budgets.Perform A/B testing and continuously monitor campaign performance, analyzing data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement optimization strategies.Utilize advanced targeting options, audience segmentation, and remarketing techniques to enhance campaign effectiveness.Stay up to date with industry best practices, emerging trends, and new advertising features or tools on digital platforms, providing recommendations for implementation.Track, analyze, and report on key campaign metrics and KPIs to stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for future campaigns.Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, and other team members to develop engaging ad creatives and compelling landing pages that drive conversions.Stay informed about changes in digital advertising policies and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.RequirementsBachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.Proven experience of 3-5 years in creating and managing successful lead generation campaigns using Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Instagram Ads.In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms, tools, and best practicesSolid understanding of audience segmentation, targeting, and campaign optimization techniques.Proficiency in ad copywriting, with the ability to craft compelling and persuasive messages.Strong analytical skills with experience in tracking campaign performance, analyzing data, and generating actionable insights.Experience in conducting A/B tests and using test results to optimize campaign performance.Familiarity with conversion tracking tools and marketing analytics platforms.Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, strategies, and best practices.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
