Key Responsibilities:Develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook) and Google platforms.Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.Manage and optimize listings on 3rd party marketplace portals (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, 1MG, etc.) to maximize sales and visibility.Oversee inventory management and shipment handling with proper records to ensure product availability and accurate online listings.Provide support to the customer service team, addressing customer inquiries and ensuring a positive shopping experience.Analyze campaign performance data, generate insights, and provide recommendations for improvement.Organize and maintain a structured foldering system for all digital assets to ensure easy access and efficient workflow.Knowledge of running WhatsApp marketing campaigns is a plus.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing, SEO, and e-commerce.
Qualifications:Proven experience in running and managing Meta (Facebook) and Google ad campaigns.Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.Experience in managing 3rd party marketplace portals such as Amazon, Flipkart, 1MG, etc.Basic knowledge of inventory management and customer service processes.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience with e-commerce platforms and tools.Familiarity with online marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics, Ubersuggest, etc.Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
