Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Digital Marketing Team Lead to spearhead our digital marketing efforts. In this role, you will build and lead a team of digital marketing professionals, develop and implement comprehensive digital strategies, and manage all online marketing activities. Your goal will be to enhance our brand visibility, generate high-quality leads, and contribute to our overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of digital marketing specialists, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
  • Oversee the creation and optimization of digital content to ensure brand consistency and engagement.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget, optimizing spend and ROI across all channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing strategies with business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our digital marketing efforts ahead of the curve.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 7-10 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of all digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, SEMrush, and HubSpot, & Meta
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
