We are hiring for the role of Category Manager at Cranberry. Fit Location: at our HQ in Bengaluru Time: Full time, 5 days a week (8 hours/day) Salary: 8-12 LPA Can start as soon as possible Your Role Category Strategy: Develop and execute the category strategy to drive growth and profitability. Product & Portfolio Management: Manage the product portfolio, including new product launches and optimizing the existing assortment. P& L Management: Own and manage the category's P& L, focusing on revenue, margin, and profitability targets. Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identify and engage potential new clients through various channels, managing the initial stages of the sales funnel. Customer Service: Handle post-delivery inquiries, providing top-notch support and maintaining customer satisfaction. What would make you a strong fit? ONLY apply if you can come for an in-person interview in Bangalore Degree from a Tier 1 college with graduating year 2023 OR earlier Minimum 2-4 years working experience of partnership and sales at tech companies You have hands-on experience in D2 C, e-comm or pharma, specifically with P& L Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
