Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting Visitors : Greet all visitors with a friendly and courteous demeanor, directing them to the appropriate staff member or area within the institute.
- Phone Management : Answer and direct incoming calls promptly, taking accurate messages and transferring calls as needed.
- Administrative Support : Manage appointment scheduling, maintain visitor logs, and handle basic administrative tasks such as mail distribution and copying.
- Information Provision : Provide accurate information regarding institute programs, policies, and directions to visitors and potential students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with scheduling software preferred.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, with a positive attitude.
- Prior experience in a receptionist role within an educational setting is a plus.
