Dental Executive, often a Dental Practice Manager, oversees the daily operations of a dental office, managing staff, ensuring patient satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of care, while also handling administrative and financial tasks. 
Key Responsibilities of a Dental Executive/Dental Practice Manager: Staff Management: Hiring, training, supervising, and evaluating dental staff (hygienists, assistants, receptionists, etc.). Patient Care & Experience: Ensuring a positive and comfortable patient experience, addressing complaints, and maintaining high standards of care. Administrative Tasks: Managing patient records, scheduling appointments, handling insurance claims, and ensuring compliance with regulations (HIPAA, etc.). Financial Management: Overseeing the practice's budget, managing accounts, and ensuring efficient billing and collections. Marketing & Public Relations: Developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract new patients and maintain a positive public image. Quality Control: Monitoring the quality of dental care provided, ensuring adherence to best practices, and implementing quality improvement initiatives.
