Job Summary

We are seeking a
dynamic and proactive Executive Assistant
to support our CEO. The ideal candidate will bring
6 months – 1 year of professional experience
with exposure to
email marketing, cold calling, and the pharmaceutical industry
, combined with excellent communication and organizational skills. This role requires someone who is
fast-paced, detail-oriented, and highly dependable
, capable of managing priorities while ensuring seamless execution of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct executive support to the CEO, including calendar management, scheduling, travel coordination, and task follow-ups.
  • Draft, review, and manage email communication, ensuring timely responses and professional tone.
  • Assist in
    email marketing campaigns
    , content preparation, and performance tracking.
  • Handle
    cold calling and client interactions
    to support business development initiatives.
  • Conduct research and prepare reports, presentations, and summaries to support strategic decision-making.
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution of deliverables.
  • Act as a reliable point of contact between the CEO and team members/clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharma, or a related field.
  • 6 months – 1 year of relevant experience
    in executive support, sales/marketing, or pharmaceutical domain.
  • Proficiency in
    email marketing tools, MS Office Suite, and CRM systems
    .
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability in
    cold calling, lead follow-ups, and client engagement
    .
  • High attention to detail, ability to multitask, and deliver within tight deadlines.
  • A proactive, resourceful, and fast learner with a problem-solving mindset.
