Executive Assistant To Chief Executive Officer

About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the CEO. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the office, managing communications, and enabling the CEO to focus on critical business priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Manage CEOs calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements (domestic & international).
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for leadership meetings and reviews.
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Draft, review, and manage communication on behalf of the CEO.
- Coordinate with business leaders, clients, and board members for seamless operations.
- Track and follow up on key deliverables and deadlines across departments.
- Ensure smooth execution of events, leadership offsites, and stakeholder meetings.
- Assist in research, analysis, and preparation of briefing materials for strategic initiatives.
- Manage and oversee administrative staff/vendors related to CEOs office.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration/Management or equivalent (MBA preferred).
- 3–7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (Zoom, Google Workspace, Slack, etc.).
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with CXOs, clients, and partners effectively.
