Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Kanpur Nagar. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Human Resources department, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Additional responsibilities include developing HR policies, managing employee benefits, conducting training and development programs, and maintaining HR records. The role requires a high level of professionalism and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge in human resources management, recruitment, and employee relations
  • Experience in performance management and developing HR policies
  • Skills in conflict resolution and handling sensitive information confidentially
  • Competency in compliance with labor laws and managing employee benefits
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Prior experience in an HR managerial role is a plus
