About the Role:

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced
Bench Sales Recruiter
with a proven track record in US staffing to join our team at our KPHB Phase 6, Hyderabad office. The ideal candidate will have
at least 5 years of hands-on experience
in Bench Sales, possess
excellent communication skills
, and demonstrate a strong ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
Candidates with a Non-IT background
are preferred, and a
long-term commitment
is expected.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market
    bench consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, EAD, GC, and Citizens)
    to implementation partners, system integrators, and direct clients in the US.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, and candidates.
  • Generate leads through
    cold calling, job portals, LinkedIn, references, and social media.
  • Identify client needs and place suitable consultants by matching their skills and experiences to the requirements.
  • Maintain a strong database of consultants and vendor contacts for consistent pipeline generation.
  • Negotiate and finalize contract terms, pay rates, and employment agreements.
  • Coordinate interviews, track submissions, and follow up with clients/vendors for feedback.
  • Maintain regular communication with consultants to understand their skillsets and career goals.
  • Ensure compliance with client requirements and company policies.
  • Provide timely updates to the management team on daily/weekly activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of
    5 years of hands-on experience
    in
    US Bench Sales Recruiting
    .
  • Proven ability to
    market consultants across multiple domains and technologies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
    – both verbal and written.
  • Strong understanding of various US visa classifications (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, etc.).
  • Ability to
    build and manage strong relationships
    with vendors and clients.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close deals independently.
  • Knowledge of
    Job Portals
    such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and others.
  • Proficiency in using tools like
    LinkedIn Recruiter, MS Excel
    , and tracking systems.
  • Highly organized
    , self-motivated, and target-driven.
  • Candidates from a Non-IT background
    are encouraged to apply.
  • Should be open to working
    exclusively in night shifts (US Time Zone).
