Job Title: Core Engineering Technical Recruiter

Location: Hyderabad


Job Description:


We are looking for experienced Core Engineering Recruiters who can understand job descriptions, explain them to the team, and help develop recruitment strategies. This includes reviewing resumes and submitting top candidates to hiring managers in various engineering fields.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Understand job descriptions and clearly explain them to the recruitment team.
  • Ensure smooth communication and workflow among team members.
  • Create and implement targeted recruiting strategies for different job needs.
  • Review resumes to make sure candidates meet job requirements.
  • Quickly submit qualified candidates to hiring managers.
  • Recruit for roles in Automotive, Semiconductor - Embedded, Industrial Manufacturing, Robotic Automation, Oil and Gas, Aerospace, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, and Manufacturing industries .
  • Use Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job boards to find resumes.
  • Work with different teams to place suitable candidates in open positions.
  • Independently manage coordination with multiple teams for smooth recruitment processes.


Requirements:


  • 3-6 years of recruitment experience.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skilled in using ATS and job boards for sourcing resumes.
  • Experience in creating and posting job listings in ATS and on various job boards.
  • Ability to post about open positions on LinkedIn.
  • Strong skills in engaging with job seekers.
  • Excellent resume screening abilities.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and manage coordination with different teams.
  • Recruitment experience in Automotive, Semiconductor - Embedded, Industrial Manufacturing, Robotic Automation, Oil and Gas, Aerospace, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, and Manufacturing industries.
