1. Travel Sales Consultant

Location: Gurgaon/Gurugram (Work from Office)

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in UK Travel Sales

Only candidates with prior experience in UK travel sales and excellent communication skills will be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls from UK customers and assist with flight, hotel, car rental, and holiday bookings.
• Convert leads into confirmed sales by offering the best travel solutions.
• Deliver exceptional service while achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of global geography, including USA, Canada, Australia, UAE, etc.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• Ability to book accurate and cost-effective travel itineraries using GDS.
• Passionate about travel and customer service with a strong sales-driven mindset.

Preferred Profile:

• 1–2 years of experience in international travel sales (UK process).
• Proficient in GDS systems: Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo.
• In-depth understanding of airfares, routes, and booking procedures.
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
• High energy and a goal-oriented attitude.
