Job Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Travel Sales Consultant to join our team at Prime Vacations. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and booking their travel experiences, including flights, hotels, packages, and excursions. Your goal will be to provide expert advice, exceptional customer service, and close sales to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients via phone, email, and chat through our CRM to understand their travel needs and preferences.
  • Recommend travel destinations, packages, and services based on client interests and budget.
  • Process bookings, issue tickets, and confirm reservations with airlines, hotels, and tour operators.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of travel trends, visa requirements, and destination details.
  • Handle customer inquiries, changes, and cancellations while ensuring excellent service.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in travel sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Passion for travel and knowledge of popular destinations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
