Job Summary: The Strategy Analyst supports the organization’s strategic planning and decision-making processes by conducting research, analyzing data, evaluating market trends, and generating actionable insights. This role works cross-functionally to identify growth opportunities, assess business performance, and assist in developing long-term strategic initiatives that align with the company’s goals. Key Responsibilities: ● Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking to support strategic initiatives. ● Analyze financial data, KPIs, and business performance metrics to evaluate opportunities, risks, and improvement areas. ● Assist in developing strategic plans, business models, and investment cases for new markets, products, or partnerships. ● Prepare presentations, reports, and dashboards for senior leadership and key stakeholders. ● Support M&A (mergers and acquisitions) analysis, due diligence, and post-integration tracking (if applicable). ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, operations, marketing, etc.) to ensure alignment on key strategic objectives. ● Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies that could impact the company’s strategic direction. ● Help track progress against strategic goals and recommend adjustments as needed. Qualifications & Requirements: ● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field (MBA preferred). ● Experience: 2–5 years of experience in strategy, management consulting , Founder Office , Business Analyst ● Project Management Experience ● Experience in Big 4 is a Plus ● Technical Skills: ○ Strong proficiency in Excel, Power Point, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). ○ Experience with financial modeling, market analysis, and scenario planning . ○ Familiarity with SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools is a plus. ● Soft Skills: ○ Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. ○ Strong written and verbal communication skills. ○ High attention to detail and accuracy. ○ Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): ● Quality and accuracy of strategic analysis and recommendations. ● Timeliness and clarity of reports and presentations. ● Contribution to successful strategic initiatives and business outcomes. ● Stakeholder satisfaction and cross-functional collaboration effectiveness.
