Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Accounts Manager located in Guwahati. The Sr. Accounts Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, managing financial reporting, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The role involves preparing financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and managing accounting staff. The Sr. Accounts Manager will also be tasked with improving financial processes and systems.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and experience in financial operations, financial reporting, and maintaining accurate financial records
  • Proficiency in preparing financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Leadership and management skills, with the ability to oversee accounting staff
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the manufacturing, trading, or real estate industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CA certification preferred
